Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff was so helpful with my heavy luggage on my first visit. Make sure to try the breakfast!

Modern interior and terrific and tidy rooms. Brilliant and super location with a perfect view of garden.

Early check-in and late check-out, best staff. Luxury and good sized rooms with a storage and a lounge.

Luxury room, spacious bathroom, very attentive stuff. Hot breakfast, a lot of meals. Complimentary drinks at rooftop bar, very good service. Free internet, parking nearby. Really crowded area, exceptionally nice and PERFECT location, close to a short walk into the town centre, the city centre & Duomo, and the train station and the big red bus tours. Nearby Bar Porta a Prato - great place to chill out.

Nothing to complain about, I would be happy to recommend staying here. Everything is spotless here, had a FANTASTIC stay for business trip-functional and efficient. The staff are absolutely amazing and fabulous and deserve a 4-star rating. The breakfast is the best, the room is tidy with ample space. The downstairs bar is a nice plus.

The excellent service from the staff made our stay nice, especially the early check-in and the extra help arranging transportation at late hours.

Unfriendly and arrogant personel on reception desk, internet access is NOT free of charge, but only half an hour a day!!! If we needed printer for printing our vauchers for Academia and Uffizi they said that they do not have it in hotel, even though printer was just in front of us. Not to mention parking issue, which is not controlled by anyone from the hotel, so client has to park his car on public area with suspicious guys, asking from you unreasonable amounts of money every day. I just want to exclude Miss Francesca from reception desk, who helped us a lot to get over all inconveniences. I travelled with my wife and child, so think we`ll NEVER choose NH hotels any more because of Florence experience. We will put all of theese comments on Booked.net and to our friends personally.

Atention!!!The reception personal is terrible ,they try to cheat you with higher prices than those hired in Booked.net , take care during the check-out!

Nice bed, breakfast buffet was great. Location is good next to the park, by the river, near to the train station and the central attractions.

They could not give me information regarding the NH weekend extender offer, which is a shame, as I would like to stay at the NH hotel in Rome.

When you're spending over $300 a night, I expect free internet!

Hotel parking not available. Only possible to park outside at 3€/H. We booked a double room and we found 2 single beds. Only the morning after it was possible to ask to the housekeeper to make a single double bed. Actually reception claimed that this is due to Booked.net system, which does not specify in details the type of bed.

the rooms was really nice and very comftable... we went to nh de la gare bologna and nh cavallieri pisa...they are no match with nh firenze. however we didnt like the breakfast as it was always the same
